Documents Filed In A Different Location

One of the problems that this sometimes creates however are source documents in a different locations to the user.

It can be very frustrating to have to add a to do to look into the details of a document which is filed neatly somewhere else.  Instead of clearing the to do list, silly little odd jobs are added.

The DocLink Solution

DocLink is a simple but effective way to add electronic versions of source documents to the entry in Sage 50. If the source document needs to be accessed, simply holding down the Ctrl key when in the record will open list of source documents linked to that record.
